The hotel has two ramps, one that leads directly into restaurant Birsto Gambrinus and one that is nearby Restaurant Ingrid. By the lobby there are elevators that lead to the upper levels.

Wheelchair accessible toilets are available on the lower ground floor, ground floor as well as the first floor.

Hearing loops are available in the The Ballroom.

At the moment Grand Hotel does not have a fully accessible room for special needs. Certain equipment like shower stool is available upon request. Fully accesible room with wheelchair accessible bathrooms can be booked at Lundia hotel via info@lundia.se.
