We serve a traditional Scanian Goose Menu between the 4th of November and the 17th of November. This menu can be booked for lunch as well as dinner

Salmon and horseradish canape

Black soup with apple, baked terrine of gooseliver & confit of gizzard

Whole roasted goose from Skåne with red cabbage, apples and raw sugar fried potatoes

Three aged Nordic cheese with fruit, bread and jam
