Grand Deli's New Year's menu 2023

Grand Deli's celebrative New Year package is well-prepared and smartly packed, complete with easy-to-follow serving instructions. Everything you need to take the stress away for the upcoming year.

We accept bookings until the 29th of December. A limited number of takeaways are available on the 30th and 31st of December, so order well in advance!

Menu

• Lobster Soup with Jerusalem artichokes, lemon-cured fennel, perch from Ringsjön, and crispy buckwheat.

  Option 1: Whole seared fillet of beef, green pepper, cognac gravy, parsley, baked carrots, chanterelle, and savoy cabbage.

  Option 2: Steamed halibut with Tahitian vanilla, champagne sauce, parsley, baked carrots, chanterelle, and savoy cabbage.

• Dessert: Baked Manjari chocolate, roasted white chocolate, buckthorn curd, rosemary, and caramelized pears.

Vegetarian Menu

• Jerusalem Artichoke Soup with lemon-cured fennel, farm egg royal, priest cheese from Kristianstad, and crispy buckwheat.

• Savoy Cabbage Dolma filled with radish peas and goat's cheese, baked carrots, parsley, yellow chanterelle, and lemon butter sauce.

• Dessert: Baked Manjari chocolate, roasted white chocolate, buckthorn curd, rosemary, and caramelized pears.
